if i use electric rim lock with VDP Kv8413 what will be positive and negative on the lock ? As the lock works with both AC supply and DC supply ? I want to know ? And how to use 24v DC adaptor of relay smps with this VDP ?
when replacing the audio tube of an apartment intercom with this system. How to properly connect the back of the monitor - wire to the interface adapter of a coordinate or digital intercom. It is clear that the door panel connects to the video monitor. But what to do when there is still a call and a call in the entrance and an audio tube comes to the apartment to open the lock - how to connect it to the wires of the Hikvision video monitor ?
I followed the steps for my electric lock. It was working at first, but after couple of days, the lock will stay open unless i unplug the 12v adapter. Would you know what is causing this?
If someone unscrews the unit the door opening cables are accesible from the street and very easy to operate in order to get into the house. How can you avoid this?
Is there a way to also ring existing door chime? I have the bell push wires at the same location, is there I way I can make temporary contact/switch on button press?

can u also use the 12v from the doorbell to connect to the electric lock ( or is that not giving enough power to the lock?)

@@adshikvision I have it installed, everything is working, accept the green door light stays 27/7 on. The lock is on NO! Do I need to put it on NC?
