literally had cold sweat, shaking and lost my ability to read for 2 minutes last year when i was out of snus for one day last year... i took the strong siberias (2 at the same time) at that time. no withdrawal symptoms lmao. i have since then started going lower and lower in nicotine dosage, i hope someday i can stop and not get fucked up...

I work at a gas station. Lemme tell yall... these college students are FERAL for their zyns. Its genuinely scary how fast we sell out of these compared to ANY cigarettes or vapes.
I work for a college and 100% correct. I find the pouches everywhere, empty containers litter parking lots and when we have to move tables for events there’s always tons of Zyn packets stuck under tables.

Nicotine gums, patches, and pouches are absorbed much more slowly and lack these additional compounds, making them far less addictive.

@@ChemCrafter Swede here (Zynhead etc), what this means is that your body gets used to a slow and steady flow of nicotine and that some people will literally have one or two pouches in throughout the day, changing them out every thirty minutes or so. Nicotine is addictive no matter how you package it.

If your business model is based on addiction, regardless of if it's the customer's choice to start, the business is abusive and should be made illegal to protect the young and undeveloped demographics that are currently falling victim to chemical dependencies and gambling addictions. Hell, I'd even be fine with stricter regulations on video games since I've seen a lot of young boys with addictions to buying packs in sports games.

Here in Sweden, white snus (like zyn) is actually much bigger with women users because of their freshness. Men joke that tobacco snus is the "true" og way.
I have no idea what is correct, but I'm three years snus-free and I still dream about them every night.

I'm not originally from Sweden so it was really crazy to see how addicted people were to snus when I moved here a few years ago. I've seen people move to Sweden and get addicted in a matter of months, even!
It seems almost as hard as trying break a smoking habit for some people, so it's great to hear you made it out 💪
@@hirisenif we exclude those who smoke like 2+ packs a day, snus is probably more addictive, atleast physically. A cigarette has slightly more nicotine, but a frequent snuser will have a constant high level of nicotine in their blood for 12-16 hours a day. It is also easier to increase usage without really reflecting on it too much. It's so quick & easy to pop in a new one, and there are barely any situations where it's bothersome, prohibited or socially unaccepted to use.
Cigarettes will have a more dramatic immediate withdrawal, and they are usually more psychologically addictive because of the 'ceremonial' aspect of going out for a smoke. But the symptoms and cravings can fade quite quickly after 4-5 days. After two months many find the smell of smoke disgusting. An ex-snuser might never loose their cravings for snus.
