Based on the cost the Tiny House is much cheaper and I think brings more value and return in the long term.
Since it is in California how did the City able to approve Tiny House as ADU?

Great space. What are the dimensions of the office? Do you have solar panels on the office?

The dimensions are 8x14, great way to utilize your backyard. We did want to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, so we went with solar panels and it was a great choice!
