In this video I take a look at the rules and give my quick thoughts on Enchanted Forest, a game by Ravensburger for 2-6 players, ages 4 and up.
From the publisher:
A Magical Treasure Hunt in the Land of Fairy Tales
Cinderella's glass slipper, Rumpelstiltskin's spinning wheel, Jack's magical beanstalk beans, and other once-upon-a-time treasures are hidden under the trees of the Enchanted Forest!
This is the updated version of Ravensburger's highly acclaimed Enchanted Forest Family Game that has enchanted families for decades. New graphics, new fairy tales and updated game play instructions now make this game suitable for ages 4 +.
Enchanted Forest Overview
Get ready for some fairy tale search-and-find fun! Roll the dice and round the board, sneaking a peek at treasures hidden in the Enchanted Forest along the way. Be the first player to find the treasures the king seeks and the kingdom is yours!

I was waiting for this since you unboxed it! Thanks for sharing! Got to love all things fairytale!
Fun kids' game, as long as they are the right ages. Thanks for watching :)
Which is your (or your kids) favourite magical item to collect?
I love the guessing rules for tree-cards this board game has. The memorization stage will help kids to improve working their memory.
It will. I think the way to make this better for younger kids would be to keep it a smaller group, and I don't play. I just help them. Thanks for the feedback :)
This looks like a really fun game and perfect fro family board game nights - its' going on the list for Christmas :)
It is great for young kids--but not too young.
This looks like a fun board game for the kids to enjoy.
It's a pretty good one.
I really like the look of the game and hopefully it's in low price. I'll check it out, thanks for this demo.
Thanks for watching! It works pretty well. Definitely not for really little kids though.
Neat game I will have to check in ro it
Nice introduction for the kids.
I would probably say that this game is for ages 8-9 with only two players!
Yeah I'd tend to agree. I can't remember things from 3 seconds ago, let alone as long as it would take for 5 other players to go around the board.
I think I wud killed this game because I have great memory seems like a lot of fun too. I may have to pick this one up!
I played it with my 6yo & 8yo the other day and it worked pretty well. I have to admit that I "forgot" a couple of locations to help them do better though.
the board does look a little too busy for younger players to focus on. It's also weird that there are so many choking hazards for a game ages 4+
Seems like 3 is usually the cutoff for choking hazards, but yeah, the game is too busy for young kids. It is a pretty well-designed game, but 6+ does feel more realistic. Thanks for watching!
This looks like a fun game but I think it would be better if it would have some familiar characters like Disney or something else!
That would work pretty well for sure.
I would definitely say this is a simple game but I would go farther and this is for ages 8 through 10.
Yeah maybe. My 4yo had a terrible time and my 6yo struggled a bit. I'll have to take this one out again and give it another try with them.
Yeah I could get down on playing this one for sure. Enchanted forest is in NO relation to Mario World forest of illusion.. no clue why I threw that out there but i did and it can't be taken back now.
No, but I did try playing Super Mario World this weekend for the first time since probably 1993....it's not as easy as I remember.
Haha 6 thu 9. I was just thinking my son might enjoy this game but I worried he may find it too simple, then you confirmed it saying the same thing about your ten year old. Great looking game but I'll probably pass on it.
It is a really good looking game, but yeah it's too hard for kids under 6 and too simple for kids over 9.
Jason Jason Jason.... how many times do I gotta tell you QUIT REVIEWING GAMES YOU KNOW IMMA LIKE!!!!!!!! lol kidding
Ha Ha. Thanks for watching!
