EuniUnni be careful with the amount of peanut butter you eat! Peanuts are an inflammatory nut and causes many women who experience hormonal acne to have cystic acne. Peanuts can also alter women’s hormones which cause an imbalance and further cause hormonal acne. Instead, eating almond butter or cashew butter is better bc they have healthier fats and are not considered inflammatory nuts. Hope this helps!

The hair essence one sounds genius. Aside from it being a good way to apply nutrition to your hair, it would also be easier to get all the hair and dirt that usually gets stuck in the brush

I also do what Eunice’s do.. and it taste so goooood ❤️, but i just need 2 riped bananas + 200mL soy milk/water + 70gr oatmeal. I like plain kinda flavor.. so you can add more flavour like cocoa powder for chocolate, strawberries, peanut butter, matcha powder or anything you like 😊
