So you sweat when you stay in a hot, humid place for a while, and there’s a lot of you that think impurities are released along with the sweat! But actually the waste located in the depth of the skin mostly goes out of the body through excretion, not sweat, and even if it does it’s a tiny tiny amount so sauna doesn’t really have a good effect on the skin. And as we keep mentioning, it makes your pores large to be exposed to the heat for a long time! And if you leave your enlarged pores after sauna, the pores just stay like that! So prevent from your pores getting enlarged by washing off your face with lukewarm water after sauna! So sauna only really helpful in blood circulation, and I think the rumor that it is healthy for the skin by removing impurities, is just a rumor.

Hi 💚 The heat we’re talking about in the video is heat from the UV rays. However, if the steamed towel is too hot it can damage your skin. Also if your skin is too thin or sensitive, steaming isn’t recommended. It is best not to use steamed towels if your capillaries are damaged, or if you have skin redness.
