Very good explanation about mars and venus conjunction. I have this combination in seventh house.
I have this conjunction (Gemini Asc) in Scorpio in the 6th house along with Mercury and Uranus and its true. Most people think I'm 15 years younger and also the attention from men is burdensome. For some years I wondered if it was my placements because so many astrology sources do not cite a Gemini ascendant as possibly having this result. Then I also realised that my nakshatara is Rohini which can also contribute to jealousy from other women. It hasn't been easy for me as this attracts men with superficial interests or deep rooted insecurities and makes enemies with women instantly.
I have the same in Scorpio but in jyestha 6th house
But mercury in 5th
Women get attracted for sexual relationship
I am not interested or better say control myself

And also absolutely agree on the ‘APPRECIATING others’ part you mentioned in between this segment . Its sad for me to say this but unfortunately its absolutely true what you have also mentioned ‘Appreciating or Appreciation’ in general are taken OTHERWISE mostly these days.
(And I also firmly believe appreciating others with whole heartedly is not everyones cup of tea).
