    This video will show you how i used a regular pan/wok to smoked my salmon belly. This process will take approximately 2hrs smoking in a medium low heat. You can smoke the fish using a deep pan or a pan that you seldom use, coz pan will get burn due to a long process of heating. Try to do it outside also so that the smell won't stick all over the house.
    Salmon belly is high in fat, this is where a huge amount of the natural flavour comes from.It has a good source of that “good fat” and the salmon belly packs the punch in omega 3 fats and flavor.
    Fat in oily fish is very good for us when eaten in moderation.
    You can eat this with rice or pair it with toasted multigrain bread and sriracha Mayo. This reminds me also os Houston's famous smoked salmon belly.
