Slovenia will go as far as Luka takes them. I hope he has a great tournament and can't wait for the NBA to begin. Though I gotta say I'm so disappointed the Dallas Mavericks didn't get a respectable center. Lively II is promising, but he ain't ready. If Luka plays like he did last season and Mavs still fail, he has to request a trade.
Slovenian team issues are quite similar to Dallas. Lack of center and huge reliance on Luka, oh and bad defense

Luka is a legend but we also have other good players in Slovenia that play with heart.
This kid brings out the class in any team. A true star that radiates positive energy, gets everyone involved. If he only he does something about his conditioning, he would truly be the worlds number 1 basketball player. Much respect for the kid.

I have been wondering whether being the primary ball handler was going to help the player construct a 'stereoscopic' sense of the basketball court, since under this scenario the handler had the options of either throwing a kick-out pass on the drive, flinging the ball to the opposite corner, or calling a pick-roll action. Both of which were rather direct-lined and one-sided.
