Its very hard to keep up TBH. I once tried level 4 workout with 5 rounds that included many burpees and running climbers. That was very hard for me to do...... I did level 3.5 today it was still hard 🙄, but very satisfying. I will do this one tomorrow
Took me a month to be able to do it. It's very much muscle stamina. Most regular gym goes can outdo Jordan's strenght, but his stamina is unreal.

Love it, my favorite workout. I used to work out at F45 in Chiang Mai, miss my friends,. Luckily, my friend is a Muay Thai boxer and i train 5 days a week, the gyms are not open here, but he teaches private lessons. the cardio is intense in boxing, thanks for your great work out video's.

This is a legit "Level 4"! Humbling workout Jordan my man. I got a solid sweat on and felt every minute of this routine.
Although I can do till level 3 easily, still sweat drops from my back, arms, and face the most.
I can even slide on my floor with that amount of sweat on my back.😂

I took a break on my transformation journey, had to due as i had to face some issues which threw me off course mentally. From 135 to 107 KG in 6 months up until first week of April. After a month and 15 days of inactivity due to the curfew in Sri lanka, I started again and I am using your workout. I measured my weight on Monday (18th) to 113 KG and I did the 0.5 intensity workout and increase the rep of it to 2 reps up until Thursday and then move to doing 2 reps of 0.5 and 1 rep of level 1. Today i measured my weight and its 110.2 and the workout is helping reduce areas of the body equally while with the previous paid trainer I had I was loosing in weight but it wasn't uniform.
All in all Thank you so much Jordan Yeoh for your videos these are great!!!! I am planning to do a video in 3 months as I'm planning to reach 95KG and I will definitely give credit to you in it.
Weight reduced to 109.5 halfway through week 2 and level 1 and 10 mins of 1.5 intensity workout. Fat percentage reduced from 30.3 to 27.4 and thanks to your videos the reduction is well balanced.

I've done quite a few 20-30min home workouts in CZcams and let me tell you this one is the one that made sweat the most. First time doing it and I farted twice plus had to stop a couple times to catch my breath. I will try to do if for 30 days to see results. Had a picture taken on day 1.

i like your videos becoz they show what will be the next move/exercise so u can get into position during the 10-secs rest interval... rather than guessing what is the next one coming up.

I'm a new subscriber to your channel! I'm not sure if you would see this or not but I wanted to say I really like your workout format! I finished one of your level 4 workouts 2 days ago and it felt great physically after a couple of months of lock down! One recommendation i have is to add the work out name in the audio, just before the word "go", as I don't watch the video all the time....I'm listening to the audio for start/stop and only look into the video only when I have to refer to the movement when I'm not familiar with it. Thanks again for sharing these workout videos!!!!

I, skipped level 3 cause I was pretty sure that going from level 2 to 4 wouldn't be much of a challenge.
Now, I am exhausted and wiping off the sweat off my face.
I shed sweat around 5 times.
I took several 2-5 second breaks in soome workouts.
Although, these workouts are hard, still, I can see the results.

Just before the quarentine started, I was already doing a 10 minutes/3.5 level routine. At first I need to pause the video once or twice every round. Some weeks ago a 20 minutes/4.0 became my favorite routine. At the beginning it was hard for me, I ended laying on the floor, tired and full of sweat. Yesterday I was a le to complete that same routine, without pause, twice in a row. And wasn't that tired. Thanks man, really feeling the improvement.

It is helping me in this time of quartine... I would love to see some different variations and also the amount of fat burning in calories after each round or after complete exercise would definitely help..
Calories burned completely depends on how heavy you are. Don't rely on it. Simply figure out how your body is adapting.
To ffinish off with a burpee is awesome...great dude..keep going
