KETO FERRERO ROCHERS
This was my favorite "fancy" chocolate growing up, but now we can make them keto! A whole toasted hazelnut tucked inside a sphere of keto nutella, encased in a crispy crunchy hard chocolate shell of chopped hazelnuts and keto crispies. Check below for more details on ingredient swaps and for vegan options!

ALTERNATIVE INGREDIENTS:
For the crispies, you can use either keto whey crisps, unflavored fried pork rinds, or any form of crispy keto cereal.
For the chocolate, you can either buy sugar-free chocolate, make your own using the recipe above, or use unsweetened chocolate (99% cacao or baker's) and add a few drops of liquid sweetener (won't taste as good).

Noooooooooooooooooo.... I just bought 6 packs of the real things because they were on sale for 3 packs for $2. I promised myself I would control myself. .. then I watched this video... ate a whole 3 pack.... soooo good.... lucky I've been keto 3+ years... this shouldn't set me back. .. now about the 5 other 3 packs............. oh. .
