Just saying this, a 5 inch exhaust has a deeper pitch rumble to it and it sounds great. A 4 inch doesn't have as deep as a rumble but also sounds great.

Clean truck brother! Quick question though. What steering gear are you using? I currently have a 2003 Chevy 2500HD LB7 and I'm running 37s. I'm on my 3rd red head steering gear in less than a year! I've taken it to shop after shop after shop and no one knows what to do

I’ve been told the front end steering is no good. I had to replace my idler arm, got a MOOG, started doing lots of research and decided to get Dmax tie rods and kryptonite sway bar end links and a borgenson upper steering shaft to get rid of the notorious inside clunking noise.
The play in my front end definitely went away.

ffs top 5 things to do to a Duramax and only one of them deals with the Duramax...you do know thats the engine right? Sorry if that sounds harsh but this kinda wasted my time other than I like the suspensions and will be checking out the lift kit and kryptonite stuff.
Dumb question. are those mirrors still able to be manipulated by the stock mirror control system? Or is that feature not present on every Duramax?
