It's probably just time for new torsion bars and new leaf springs. It is a 24 year old truck after all. Looks good though.

With no block in the back and a drop shackle that truck should be leaning pretty heavy with just 3 inch lift keys.

Id try clocking you driver side torsion bar a notch more. Id also check the gap between your upper control arms and your bump stops. If the driver side is further away from the bump stop than the passenger then you can rule out any serious problems with the frame. These trucks aren’t made perfectly either. All my round bodys have sat a lil funky but yours is definitely way off. Id like to think the torsion bars are probably wore slap out from hauling ass through the woods.

Had the same issue. Bought torsion bars as a replacement fixed all my issues even my bed was like yours and it fixed it. Also did new leaf springs in the back and that helped also

Check the body mounts, and check and see if you tortion bar is clocked correct

It’s salvage so the frame must just be twisted

The keys can’t be in right now

you cant do a flip kit without a c-notch or your axle will hit your frame. But good lookin truck

Just saying this, a 5 inch exhaust has a deeper pitch rumble to it and it sounds great. A 4 inch doesn't have as deep as a rumble but also sounds great.
