    Hi I'm 11 and next year I'm starting pointe do you have any tips or helpful device on how its going to feel and what to do

      its gonna be painful and sometimes (depending on how ur foot is shaped) take long to find the right shoe but once u find the right shoe and get toe padding that fits u, it wont be as painful!! (this was based off my experience)

      i forgot to add its expensive so just be aware of that, dead shoes happen often so investing time and research into the right pair of shoes is very beneficial because you dont want to buy shoes that dont work

      Plaster your toes with material sticking plasters not plastic ones, because plastic ones with make your toes sweat. Plaster all 10 toes. A little bit of lambs wool in the end of the toe of your pointe shoe can be helpful too. With the right preparation each time it shouldn't be painful but it will take a while to gain strength, balance,and confidence on pointe. Once you get there it's a wonderful feeling.
