- Another rare Lloyd, directed by Alf Goulding, again featuring Snub Pollard and Bebe Daniels (and a trolley car!)

It's always exciting to see any Harold Lloyd footage that's new to me - TNX !
Thanks Dave, this was released a week before spring fever.(june 29,1919)
What a great short from Harold. I have both the U.S, and the European 10 disc boxsets. However, I’m trying to find more Lloyd Comedy shorts. Is there a good DVD set anyone can recommend that has a fair amount of them them in good quality? I think there is about 70 (not sure of the exact number?) of Harold Lloyd comedy shorts that still survive, but not sure how many have been released? Thanks
+Magic Beatle I really wish his one-reelers would be given a proper restoration, such as the early shorts of chaplin.and early keaton shorts and his own starring shorts.harold truly deserves one.
Maybe almost a century old but still very funny.
Long before "Speedy!"
Very funny
Beautiful - thanks for posting. Several shots were taken on the sidewalk in front of the Bradbury Mansion (only showing the sidewalk wall), the shot of Bebe at 0:41 is the NW corner of Court Hill and Olive, appearing in Just Neighbors (see middle of page 15 of Silent Visions, my Harold Lloyd location book), and the corner of Alameda and Los Angeles Street at 1:29 is covered at page 23 of my book.
Pleasure John. Thanks for looking (and for the info too!)....
So you track down the silent film locations in LA? Have they changed much?
+Love God & Neighbor One of the surviving lonesome luke shorts, lonesome luke, messenger.gives a pretty well look at the bradbury mansion.with both interiors and exteriors given fair amount of camera shots.
No se si entiende español, pero ud es un genio de la locaciones de las películas muda. Felicito su extraordinario trabajo.

Can't touch this
Not bad :-)
2:31 - 2:33 😁 3:25 smart guy...he goes a free ride and takes change from the ticket he didn't pay
This film uses a prop streetcar, not a real one. It doesn't even run on the rails.
φοβερος κωμικος,ισαξιος του Τσαπλιν.
Merci c'est bien drôle! Pas très gentil pour le petit bonhomme tout de même!
I think the short guy was funnier than Lloyd.
1:59 police brutality..nothing new
Harold Lloyd was a genius along with Arbuckle, Keaton, and Stan Laurel add Charley Bowers oh yeah, Snub Pollard but do not include the overrated Charlie Chaplin. The only funny Englishmen were Laurel, Benny Hill and Rowan Atkinson and this is coming from someone that has over 750,000 articles of media
