Improving my right hip mobility fixed my right knee pain! Just did 320 lbs x 5 squats for 3 rounds last night! At age 44, that’s the most I’ve ever done for a working set. Thanks Aaron!
Your hip stretches helped me open my hips and now my workouts are soooo much more effective! For example, I did hip abductions for the first time today since focusing on hip stretches and I felt the hip abductions in my glutes for the first time! I had no idea how much I *wasn’t* feeling them in my glutes before. THANK YOU!!! You’re the GOAT!

Such important advice. I believe My weak left hip causes most of my left knee pain, despite my having previously badly injured my left knee. Exercises to strengthen my left hip and glute always get rid of the vast majority of my left knee pain. Thanks for sharing this information!
Learned something new! I have some hip arthritis because of an old injury to the joint. Lately (last month-ish), hip has started hurting more. Also a problem with knee on that side!
thank you, ive been skateboarding for the first time in 5 years and have been having knee and groin pain. though im only 19, skating is hard on your lower body and i need to get used to the stress it causes on my body. I will save this video for later!

I actually love that you said it's something that "not enough people" talk about rather than "no one" because literally every time I hear that I've heard what follows before. Anyway, does it have to be a kettlebell? Only dumbbells at home 😢
I did the faber test and my right hip is way tighter than my left hip. But the pain is on the left knee, which is the hip with better mobility? I don't get it
I used to have terrible knee pain so bad I couldn’t do lunges, squat or use leg extension machine. I remember foam rolling for 2 years straight and now no pain for a few years and could do squat lunges etc. Making sure my knees always turn with my toes.
What kind of knee pain did you have? Currently dealing with some patella femoral pain, ignored it for a while but I’ve been rehabbing for the past 2 months. Good progress so far but still can’t squat or lunge to any significant depth without pain
@@Soccasteve I went to see a physiotherapist and they did a bunch of tx like laser ultrasounds and this hot pool thing for my knees but it did nothing. I then hired a personal trainer that got me foam rolling. I remember it being one of the most painful experiences ever. He had me squat and lunge with body weight and I felt bad after that. Eventually the pain went away, but I continually foam rolled my legs and now I don’t have any issues at all and I haven’t foam rolled since

Main thing, stretch your hips and all leg muscles frequently and deeply when done and all problems dissapear for the most part.
It's temporary if you don't strengthen the weak muscles
