That was my playhouse after we no longer had chickens. I spent a lot of time cleaning out the chicken mess and moving my play kitchen set in. Lots of good memories. Good job family! Love of all of you
That looks like a pile of good memories. In the end that's all we have. Thanks for Sharing with your family
2 amazing things there a boy riding on a tractor starting new memories and that has to be the best trained dog around. Didnt flinch whole time doing demo
I could here you dad now. Bought time you boys took care of that shed. Great video
Thanks for taking us along
Great video with so many memories….
Hard to believe your Father has been gone for a year,
I always enjoyed his time on TTWT.
I am fortunate to still have both parents and watching this episode reminds me of so many of our cleanup operations. Always a trip down memory lane.
Really nice family video. So cool to see a family that works well together.
I didn't order the self leveling bucket and I was second guessing my decision until now. Thank you for settling that for me. I learn all kinds of things from your channel. Thanks
Family time is everything especially when remembering a Dad.
These are my favorite videos. You and the guys back home on the farm.
The smaller tractors can do a lot. As long as people don’t think they are bull dozers. Even big tractors have there limits. Good old memories.
My dad just put a 2018 1023e with loader and belly mower for his 3 acres. I showed him your videos, making him more comfortable with the smaller tractor purchase. Thanks Tim 👍
Thanks for the story, Dave! He will love the 1023e!
You are right Tim, I use my grapple and pallet forks more than any other implements I have. Money well spent!
Always a winning formula, tractors and family. Thank you Tim and Christy for reminding us what is important. Family more than tractors, but tractors are fun too.
I’m very sentimental over things from my childhood! I totally understand trying to salvage some of this!
That’s a great way to pay honor to your father by picking a project, family working together to get it done. Each used their experience to contribute to the job. And you have it on video. I too had a sled like that as a young boy. I wish right now that we still would have that, but would not be happy to need it anymore. Good to see your mother out looking over the things that came out of the building. Thanks for sharing today.
Or to have done it when dad could have shared the fun and memories too.
I can’t get enough of the videos you do with your brother and extended family.
Thanks for sharing some family memories, time with your family and a very satisfying project. Enjoyed being along with you all.
What a great and fitting verse at the end of the video. Enjoyed watching your family work together sifting through memories. Families are so important!
Thank you for sharing your family's memories. God bless you and your family.
Fun video Tim and Christy. Like others mentioned, I too fondly remember family project get togethers, and that they were special times. The satisfaction of a project completed and shared with family and friends is rewarding and satisfying. Well done folks, and blessings to all the family!
Great video as always. It sure must have been very emotional tearing down that shed.
Great video. There was a great bunch of treasure in the shed, even the trailer for the pedal tractor
What a great way to spend family time together.
Awesome video Tim! I was thinking it before you said it - a grapple is one of the most important implements you can have for a compact tractor!
Very nice video tim and kristie and nice memories from the past 👍
Another nice family project.
No self leveling loader for me. I'll decide when I need each function and how much.
Some say Tom is still talking to himself and running that magnet around to this day. 😂
Any time spent with family is time well spent. Great video to see you and your family. Stay safe
Family always first always
Thanks for all the videos you've been a big help
Making memories, sifting through memories. Thanks for sharing.
I have a 1025R and you need the bucket and a set of forks but you're right...you need a grapple. It's my go to attachment. That was fun to watch. Thanks for sharing.
Memories in a shed. We have one, husband's Grandfather's. Chockful of memories
Great video Tim nice to get together with family and enjoy the day demolishing something
I'm glad you were able to enjoy the day with your brothers and other relatives. Enjoying time like this will be harder to find in the years to come. Time passes so fast as you get older.
It is always fun to see how different people think differently on a job.
Wow, just watching this reminds me of how that stuff has a cold, dirty feeling to it and that unique smell of forgotten history the inside of an old building like that has. We use to call these "Home Movies" it it took my brother about 2 weeks to get the film developed, a half hour to set up the living room furniture with the screen and projector, someone made popcorn and there wasn't any sound. My times have changed haven't they?
Some things have changed, others are exactly the same!
Liked the camera close up of the power rake. Self leveling bucket in my opinion not a good thing, grapple 👍, family time 👍
Hey Tim,
Family Memories!
Finding old treasures makes you think about days long gone.
I'm sure was a fun project, hopefully with a barbecue afterwards to talk about old memories!
I wish power rakes weren't so expensive, they do such a great job leveling and fixing up the ground afterwards.
Of course, a big shout out must go to Christi for here video skills!
This episode reminds me of my younger days on our family farm. Our tractor loader was one of handiest tools for almost anything a person could imagine; and now, they're even more versatile!!
Great video really enjoyed it especially looking through old stuff like that brings back memories
I love watching you working with your family. Nice video.
Family projects are the best ones….God bless.
I'm only 5 minutes in and WOW! This is awesome! Love seeing old stuff like that. There's a guy on CZcams that does restoration on vintage stuff. I bet he could bring the sleds and bikes back to life. Possibly even the trailer. Hope you guys are well!
Tim, that vintage lumber on the brooder could be used to make picture frames. My dad's employer years ago would buy barns for the lumber to do just that. This was a good seller for them.
1930...wow thats old stuff! I love finding these old things just like you do!:O
That ivy just made me itch. Everybody used to have a brooder house for their chickens. I remember my Granddad had nearly 100 game chickens just free ranging around the farmyard. Never had to feed them as they would eat bugs and stuff and also get some of the feed from the hog feeders. Those were some great chickens to eat and some of the best eggs. Good memories.
Tim Christi and Family this brings memories of the time we have been watching
God Bless All
PaK
I think the larger sled was like the one that my brother got for Christmas one year. Brings back a lot of fun memories where we grew up in Northern Indiana.
So happy to see all you guys together and going thru the memories ❤️ My Dad and Mom been passed away for many years and some days it feels like yesterday 😢
Tim, thanks for another great video. I really wish I had found your channel before buying my tractor. I wound up getting a 3038E but feel I could have been a little more selective in what I asked the dealer had I been better informed as to what I really needed. Oh, well. Once I get a diverter installed and convince the finance committee that we need a grapple I'm sure everything will work out great. Cheers! Mark
Yes, the 3e is my least favorite in the Deere line, but you can get a diverter to fit it.
I like the family tie in and references to your Dad. I would have hopped onto the Case backhoe and done the initial demo. After that the JD with grapple. JMO.
This way we didn’t tear up much. Grass, rock, etc.
This was a good video to show why I wouldn't want a self leveling loader! I think it is better to learn how to raise (or lower) the loader and tilt at the same time than to have a self leveling loader that makes most other loder uses harder.
Agree - I'd already decided I wasn't going to order a tractor w/one but this reinforced that decision. I believe in Australia they're mandated legally.
Love that power take nice video Tim
I will have a grapple when finances allow. .I don't want the self leveling bucket..love the video. .
Hey Tim. It would be neat if you had an old photo showing the shed from about 50 years ago when it was in prime condition.
There is a lot of value in that! This is beautiful
What a GREAT VIDEO!! So much fun going through memories at the place you grew up! Went through the same thing cleaning out my parents' house - so hard to decide what to keep, what to pitch. Great to see your Mom in the video!!
A personal time capsule. I love stuff like that. Great video.
Hey Tim 🚜 and family I really enjoyed this video Tim 🚜🇺🇲
good job clearing up the old memories in only 1year I have been several and not progressing vary fast parting with the junk
Love the new camera work! But should gave been pic nic time with Tim. Or burning time with Tim. Possibly smore time with Tim. What a fun family you appear to have. 🤠
That ivy looks ominous. Very brave.
One of the bicycles looked like an older Schwinn. That will be worth some money to a collector! Would throw that away!
Yes, the two larger bikes are both schwinn’s
Looks good Tim
A lot of treasures there Tim :)
Nice family have a day love from TEXAS
I have a 5115r with a 540r MSL loader on it, I feel the same way I like it for moving seed and chemical around, but for everything else I prefer a NSL loader.
All I can say is great video!!!!!
Anyone else think Tim looks just like Mike Huckabee?
Great video! I'm happy I'm apart of the 1025r cult!🤣
Me Too. ...but I'm not sure it is really a 'cult' :-)
@@TractorTimewithTim How about the Mini Tractors That Have the Same Power As a Tank Association? Or the MTTHSPATA
those number plates should get some money on amazon, and that bike tom was talking about pedaling fast, i had one of them with ape hangers and a long seat and a 3 speed rear hub, it had a gear shifter in the centre like a automatic car has, it was called a dragster.
Great video bud 😎
Can’t believe you crushed a perfectly good shed🙂
Ha!
That was a nice family project made into a great video ,its nice to find things that mean a lot to your family only regards from N Ireland . .
I saw you touch the poison oak vine and leaves. If I touched that I would be covered in poison oak. Hope you were bothered by doing that. This video was interesting in seeing you toys of old.
There were many treasures found that day. Good seeing your Mom!
It was not poison oak.
you guys have some things worth keeping there if you ask me, even the trailer, someone could make a new one going by that for the design, maybe use those wheels & tongue. if you really wanted.
You need a Burn Hole about 30 x 30 and 4 foot deep to drag an old building into to burn and the nails stay in the bottom
I'll be sure to tell my wife, "Tim says I need a grapple."
Adam needs a grapple! 😄
Its great seeing the fam again Tim
a shed full of memories
The reclamation store here in town would’ve paid good money for that aged wood. They use it to make picture frames, tables, etc.
That puppy found the shady spot and wasn't moving for anything or anybody!
Great family project. Landscape rake would have provided a little more “finesse” than the power rake. Love Randall’s accent.
Gloves guys
Looks like it may be time for the new hydraulic pump kit so you can get true 2 functions from the MSL loader. Nothing better than being back on the farm and working on a project under a big ole shade tree, pass the lemonade please.
Tim if you aren’t going to keep those license plates. Mike’s daughter at Outdoors with the Morgans are collecting them.
FYI there are some good restoration channels on CZcams. The bikes and the small trailer would look good restored. Just a thought.
Great memories hopefully no flat tire latter from nails
Great video and bible verse ! Thank you .
Outdoors With The Morgans would love to have those license plates if you don't plan on keeping them, they've been collecting them from viewers to decorate their new building.
I know it is not a good idea but, maybe build another coop same place to put your childhood memories in.
Leave it to the farmers to get stuff done
Send those license plates to Mike Morgan!
Didn't think that dog would ever move.
While I certainly agree the Artillian is a good grapple and it worked well for this job, one potential problem area I noticed was that the grabble doesn't close together like some of the others and could be an issue when trying to clamp down tightly on smaller loads.
The different styles have different strengths and weaknesses. Even after several years with both styles, I am at a loss to choose ‘the best style’.
@@TractorTimewithTim yeah, we just purchased a tractor yesterday as a matter of fact and are in the market for a few attachments. Just have to go thru the painful pleasure/love-hate task of choosing! lol.... Thanks for the reply.
Anybody else cringing for fear of nails in the tires???
Some of those bikes could be worth a serious chunk of change depending on what they are. Even if they need restoring...
Yea, the old Schwin bikes should be worth something.
Really nice video. Coming from mid Michigan, little difficult to understand your brother Tom at times :-))))
Ha! Yep. Tom has his own unique language!
Too many bosses but they seem to figure it out!
You've convinced me that a self-leveling loader won't ever be on my tractor.
