I think it comes down to making sure you are walking your build and doing third party inspections and building a good relationship with the superintendent building the home itself to get the best experience
I’m actually surprised when I talk to people and they don’t even realize they could do a third party inspection on the build because the builder told them the city is inspecting everything and making sure the home is good
