Nice video. You passed by my Britton house that you spoke about on the corner of Rose Run way that sits on a 60ft lot. They are actually building a new amenity center right down the street from there. Currently, there sits an abandoned ranch house that they are going to knock down, but replicate. You can see it from satellite of the old Brinkman Ranch rd.

Any equity growth left since they're in their later phases

If demand keeps up for the smaller lots and interests rates head down in 2025 yes there could be a good opportunity now on this phase to be able to gain some equity - they are only 50% through with the community so still a good amount of time left to build even though they are in their later phases
