Don't pay a PID off right away? How much value will it add or make your job easier to resell later if it was paid off?

I think you are better off taking all that money you would have spent on the PID and put it on some stocks or high interest yields - I don’t really see homes being marketed “this home has the PID paid off” not really sure the true market value of that because I don’t ever come across it with buyers
