Good day atty the new informative lesson I've learn a lot in this video. This lesson give me knowledge about the grounds of new trial, it says that errors of law or irregularities prejudicial to the substantial rights of the accused have been committed during trial. I also learned today the word "double jeopardy" it says that Double jeopardy is a procedural defence that prevents an accused person from being tried again on the same charges following an acquittal in the same jurisdiction.
