    In this video, you will learn about how to create a custom profile. The profile can easily be added to a wall so that we have a custom wall sweep. This is very useful in that you can apply it to any wall or bake it into a wall so that every new type of that wall drawn, the sweep will show up. On top of that, updating the custom profile will update wherever that profile is.

    Perfect, concise and simple explanation. Thanks so much. I can't tell how many times i've tried to learn how to work with sweeps and profiles, and can never find a good tutorial.
    Thanks again!

    Literally all i needed to see. Bulkan Architect and heaps of other higher rated/viewed/more engagement videos to finally find what I needed right here. You, sir, get not only a like but ALSO a subscribe. Keep doing what you do and I'll be looking to you for more Revit secrets in the future!

      Thanks so much, that means a lot! I find that it's the little things that are lacking and require more detail in videos to get to. I hope to continue to provide that.

      @@ArchitectureVanguard You're welcome! Now if you can make a video explaining how I have lost, deleted or whatever my working plane in an elevation that would be great.

    Very good tutorial. One question, Is it possible to make the door trim cut to the wall sweep? Thank you very much!

    • @ArchitectureVanguard
      @ArchitectureVanguard  Před rokem

      Yes, the best way to do it is to modify the returns of the wall sweep and have it stop at the door trim.

    I want to hide these sweeps in my Plan views, how can I do this. Thanks.

      You have the option of selecting them individually in the family and choosing the visibility option, you can turn them off in plan views.
