They aren’t flickering. It has to do with the camera and led lights. You’ll notice this is many car reviews of all manufacturers.

Just went to my local BMW dealership and they had the M550i right next to a 750i, both just within a couple model within each other, and I have a hard time distinguishing the size difference since now the 5 and 7 are so close to each other.
