Serious question: I have a bet with a friend of mine. He says I can not flip him off with my toes (lift only my middle toe individually). Is that even possible? I already tried a lot and I can only lift my big toe, my pinky and all three in the middle simultaneously.
The last one I got no clue how you manage to do that. Is it like "closing" your toes while pressing the toes to the floor? If it makes sence.
I physically can’t get my toes to separate at all. I was in a boot years ago for fracture. If I can’t seperate, do I just hold the toes down??? Help

Is there a way to work into some of these?
U can hold your toes, its not that your muscles are weak its just that you forgot how to use them
So try to get a feel of the first two exercices and realize wich muscles you have to activate
Youre not going to fix this overnight so just do them and at some point youl have full mobility in your foot

So I can find a ton of videos online about all of these "raise your big toe by itself etc etc" but I can't find a single video that instructs me on HOW to get to this stage when I cannot presently raise my big toe all by itself without toes 2-5 coming along as well. Surely there are therapists who encounter people who can't move their toes independently. What do we do?
