  • The easiest and best Blackberry Cobbler recipe you’ll ever make. Hope you enjoy!
    Blackberry Cobbler
    4 cups blackberries
    1 cup self rising flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 stick of real butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract
Add butter to baking pan, and melt butter in the oven while oven is preheating.
Next, in a large mixing bowl, add flour, 3/4 cup of sugar (saving 1/4 cup to sprinkle over berries), milk, egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
After the butter is melted, remove the pan from the oven and spread berries into pan evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar over berries. Pour batter over blackberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes until it's golden brown. Top with whipped topping or ice cream and enjoy!

I had never heard of marionberries. I had to google them. :) We don’t have them here - they look a lot larger than our blackberries.
I hope you love this recipe as much as we do. 🥰
