Scrawling back through your videos and I found this one. I love the open floor plan, the bedrooms on opposite ends, and an actual laundry ROOM! I like most all of your plans, This is my favourite one that I would actually buy for myself!
It seems very spacious for 900 sq ft & adequate amount of kitchen cabinets. Someone out there will be lucky to own it.
I love the idea of bedrooms/bath on each end of the house. They are so often right next to each other on one end of the home.

We had an old Victorian house that was built with the toilet in a separate room. My guests always thought it was a hoot. But I thought it was a clever idea, because Papa could have his morning privacy with his newspaper while the family still had access to the sinks, tub and mirror.

However, the barn doors are becoming a nice new addition. I'm redoing my condo on the east side of Florida and have a 2 bedroom with a jack and jill bathroom. I'm going to add 2 yellow barn doors over the molding with a company that does this and supplies the hardware. I'm painting the whole inside a gray with a hint of blue. The deck outside is superbly done in treated lumber and I added a water spicket to water my plants and wash my car. I have a huge 12" deep white sink. It's big enough to wash babies and toddlers in with a spray nozzle that has 2 different sprays. When, it's finished, it will be considered a "model home" for my condominium site. I'm doing things right and only adding the best quality. For example, the floors are a nice off tan tile but I believe wood would make the house a home. With the gray walls, the wood flooring in a mix of grays and cream wood look like the tan brown you used, it ties it all together. Hopefully, if my body permits and $$ holds out, I can add 2 French doors. One that goes out into the new deck 16 foot by 10 foot. The other French doors are from the kitchen to the tinted glass sunroom. It really is a beautiful little 900 Square foot condo that's easy to maintain with the electric bill's around $70/month. I'm sorry, if I go on and on, I'm just proud of my accomplishments and I see a lot of what you show coming along in my condo. The HOA is probably the lowest in the area because we have a lot of seniors who live here and winter here also.
One thing, I'd change about your unit is the frig. I love a side by side and I think that needs to be switched out to continue the excellent ambiance of the whole unit. Have you considered stackables in the laundry area with some open shelving? I have a top of the line stackables that are easy for me, a 71-year young active woman to reach and not have to bend out of joint. Your show plus many others have given me many excellent examples of what's trending. God bless you, Sir, and hope this home finds a new owner. I must admit, it's attractiveness is lacking on the outside.
This would actually be the perfect size for someone living by themselves. The only thing I would change is having a gas stove and a range hood (instead of the microwave), but overall very nice. Could definitely see myself using the guest bedroom as my office and extra storage.
This is gorgeous and it would be perfect for me, financially??? IDK, I believe y'all have a tiny park somewhere near, and there are a few other's here, Lake Dallas etc.. perfect home though, no changes needed, who ever is blessed enough to get this, can add a deck etc. off the back door!!! the only change that I would request is that the gas range be for propane / natural gas...every thing else...perfect layout use of space and looks a lot roomier than 900sq ft.

I have recently been "recommended" by YT to see other similar homes. I was shocked to see many of the same homes without upgrades that RRC gives you in special pkgs at no added charges and the lower prices from RRC. I cannot believe one (also from TX) was $20,000 more! I want one to FL which will be thousands to transport but, I still think it will be comparable and nicer then local dealers.
I am dreaming of the one of a kind San Juan and it's Flex Rm / 3rd Bd in a Tiny with loft or Big Red with her big hips lol. I want to be surrounded by Petal tiles.

great detail having the sink in the island instead of facing the wall. that way if someone is using the sink for any reason you can still carry on a face to face conversation instead of one person talking to the other persons back, or the person who is using the sink trying to contort their body so the their body is facing the sink while the head is awkwardly turned trying to talk
