@@theepicrusins8779 well to start, narfi's so cheap you can get the showcase version for under a buck. After that you can snag new gisa, which has an effect quite similar to gravepact (doesnt make them zombies, and operates on a delay, but hey, its gisa!). There's also a new lord, bladestitched skaab, in innistrad midnight hunt.
You can make a budget version of this by leaning more towards the blue zombies that self mill... And then over time buy the better cards and stay zombie slinging at your enemies for a long time.

A lot of games I'vr played with the twins gave ended up as "oh man, Im so behi- oh draw spell..." *draws gas, board explodes* "dude!" "Yeah I forgot I was blue..."

Yes!! I just started building this and I'm excited to see what I should put in it!
Also, I feel like I have to mention Nighteyes the Desecrator to play any creature from our graveyard and Lim-Dul the Necromancer, who not only steals steals our opponents monsters as zombies when they die, but can also regenerate any zombie we have. They're not zombies themselves, but they are a ton of fun and a ton of help.
Ashes of the Fallen is my personal favorite card in my deck. All the cards you put in that aren't zombies ARE zombies as long as they're in your graveyard.
Little known fact: The undead LOOOOOVE honey! Do you know where they get it?

Great deck tech for a Commander . I play this Commander and have a couple cards that make the deck extremely good. Paradox Engine is amazing especially with Cryptbreaker and Rooftop Storm in play. Plus an artifact from Saviors of Kamigawa - Ashes of the fallen worth a spot in the deck!

So glad you made this video! G&G was my first EDH deck. Raving Dead, Zombie Trailblazer, Undead Alchemist, and Liliana's Reaver go well with Swampwalk. Agent of Erebos, Gemplalm Polluter, and Westvale Abby are all included in mine, along with Diabolic Vision and Walking Dead for some old school flavor. Cheers!

I am honestly curious about your take with a Marath, Will of the Wild deck.
Your choice on how to approach him is fine. I'm trying to do one myself without using Skull Clamp or Ashnod's Altar, trying to keep things in a flavor of "nature", and using the land base as a world building mechanism.
(*I'm doing it with +1/+1 Counters and Tokens in mind, in case someone is wondering.)

If you're mentioning the Mikaeus Triskelion combo, and including so many sac outlets, Walking Ballista also works identically as an infinite damage combo if you're willing to put that 3rd piece on the board

I personally would like to see your take on yet another general from the Eldritch Moon set: Ishkanah, Grafwidow. You've already covered zombie tribal why not spider tribal?
I would love to see an update to this decklist including the Battlebond and M19 cards. Both sets added some decent Zombies.
I run a very similar G&G deck.
If you are playing against it, exile Gray Merchant, that thing get's out of hand very quickly!
But this is such a fun deck to play, just remember that blue and black has no way to destroy enchantments or artifacts, so we have to live with them :I

River Kelpie makes this deck insane! Especially if Mikaeus is out. I would love to see your take on making a highly tuned Ulrich of the Krallenhorde deck. I think werewolf tribal presents a unique challenge with deck building due to flip mechanic.

before I found this channel Ober a year ago I was always the worst player in my group but now with all the information about deck building and what cards work together I am such a better player. this is why I love the mtg community they're are so many people who will help new players.

Ulrich of the Krallenhorde please, I am trying to build an EDH deck with him but I can't figure out whether I should go all in on wolves and werewolves or cut a bunch of the substandard tribal creatures and effects for plain value green and red cards. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
As someone who's been running werewolves for a while I would say cut many of the substandard wolves/werewolves for some value effects. You want a nice blend of powerful tribal, enchantment and artifact support to pump the human side of your wolves (you won't get them to flip that often), and then things that limit the number of spells cast and/or things that allow you to cast your cards at instant speed.
Discouraging spell casting also helps. Things like Lurking Predators can leave your opponent choosing between the risk giving you more wolves and letting your ones out transform.
I'd love to see it just because I think the jankier Commanders deserve some love. Also, as "sub-standard" as a lot of people find him, I ENJOY playing with him. So I'd love to see the Prof's thought on the Krallenhorde Alpha.
Wolf/Werewolf tribal works well for Ulrich, and finding ways to prevent spell casting and ways to put down creatures without casting them will be a rather synergistic effect for the werewolves.

Professor, I'd like to see a deck tech on Queen Marchesa. She's the commander that got me into the format, and I'd love to see someone else's take on her!

I run Oloro, Feldon of the Third Path, and Yidris so I would love your take on any of those especially if there was a theme to them since I do not play in a competitive group but rather in a gathering of players who enjoy beer more than winning.

and 5 color scion of the Ur-dragon dragon tribal
I make budget decks and whike this may not be the most powerful i have it is one of the most fun to play. Can get very strong but needs a couple of extra turns to get going. My favorite zombie after passing ended up being Cleaver Scaab! Also, one of its biggest weaknesses ended up flying. Adding some flying zombies / shapeshifters, Hordewing Scaab, and Geralf, Visionary Stitcher help.
i would love to see either an atraxa deck centered around best friends forever (planeswalkers), or breya infinite combos since it has so many synergies to work around.

This channel has hit almost every archetype in edh (Voltron, Tribal, +1/+1 counters, etc.) but one that Prof hasn't done is an Instant/Sorcery deck, so I think that should be the next build. Wort the Raidmother maybe?

I use Nekusar as my edh zombie tribal. Having access to fevered visions, cathartic reunion, and extra madness cards is great.
Three cards that I would highly recommend one being rather flavorful the other not so much but can help immensely, Filth, Wonder and Necromancer's Stockpile. Filth and Wonder work so well from the grave giving both Swampwalk and Flying can really help you swing in for lethal and Necromancer's Stockpile can give slow but incremental card draw and token spawning.

Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger tricky to craft a completely colorless deck but I love the flavor of it.

I needed this advice
I just built a Derevi Super Friends deck and I'm loving it (Outside of needing to tweak it a bit). I wonder what route the Prof would go if he made the deck.
How good is Soulless One in this deck? He doesn't really bring much synergy to the table, but he is a Zombie and it seems like he could very often be quite the threat if left unchecked. Perhaps he is good to be a high priority target to absorb a spot removal that would have otherwise been spent on a more synergistic Zombie? This deck does have plenty of ways to bring him back into play. He just seems like a pretty solid beat at 4CMC.
Pretty ok if used right he really is solid at 4 cmc and you can use that to weed out individual bounce and kill then just recur him that is what I do and every now and then I get to smack the heck out of one of my friends with him.

I'm currently building a Kresh the Bloodbraided deck with a secondary combo of Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, Plague Spitter and Soul-Scar Mage to put out a ridiculous amount of snakes. I also have Nest of Scarabs in there as well. I'm trying to decide between wither or infect though, I guess it depends how cutthroat I wanna be.
I would love to see you make a spellslinger deck with Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge.
