Doricos glissando features are a class on its own! But could you add black-keys glissando, too? :)
Not as common, as white keys, but I used it more than once and to me it sounds like an obvious addition.

Does Dorico support muted brass in playback? I.e., straight mute or Harmon mute for trumpets?
If the VST library you are using for playback has that sample, yes. Many orchestral libraries don't have that, but jazz libraries often do. Other playback templates are available from www.dorico.com/resources
I still have to check all possible varieties of glissandi, but Dorico's gliss playback seems so far ways better than that of Sibelius.
