What we need is a tool guide. All tools what they do, how valuable they are. Needle to sledge! Maybe even cooking items. Leaning what items are useful and how really opens up the features of the game!
As a Gordonite and a Burglar main using the Common Sense mod, Crowbar is my best friend for breaking and entering to loot all the valuables from the neighborhood. Being able to pry open doors is too good to pass on.
So long as the repair bug is working the machete is the best melee weapon in the game. Also honestly, I would move the two wrenches down to upper tier bronze. I have always found their durability lacking.
I am dissapointed, mister Gold. The absence of speare tier will not go unpunished.
ive seen a lot of people underrate the stone axe lol. They are ridiculously overpowered at killing zombie with high axe and maintainance skill due to how lightweight they are (still bad at chopping tree and maybe infinitely renewable)
Personally I would just put the griddle pan into silver tier just because I've learnt to handle day 1 small hordes with it & the durability (600 kills within 2 days Louisville spawn). Also for those saying they can't find a Katana early on ---> In your sandbox options just change "months after the apocalypse" to 2 months but bear in mind you start peak day if you dont adjust anything so good luck ;). Keep on the good content mate love your videos💜
Captain, will you make a video on how to get in to mp? Which servers are better for beginners to get in to the fun?
I think I’ve only ever found a katana once. Crowbar ftw.
I think this depends on how long you survive because I nearly always find a katana by 60 days but I’ve only found it twice below 40 days
I'm kinda a noob, but what's wrong with the double sided paddle? seemed pretty decent when I spawned with it online
Would you make a tier list for the traits on More Traits?
Or any other mods that also add more traits?
Rip that bug you blasted with fabreeze
He was not welcome in this golden palace.
Is it true that when you attached a half durability machete on a spear and then seperate them again, you'll get a fresh full durability machete?
Edit: im totally going to try this. Thank you. 😅
my guy thinks the spiked bat and plank are the same thing
Some "worthless" weapons can multihit. Your hands can't. If you are playing with multihit guitars for instance are a million times better than your hands at handling 3+ zombies at a time. With your hands you'd have to get extremely lucky with knock-downs to fight any amount larger than 2. Plus when you shove with any weapon, even a butterknife if I remember correctly makes the shove multihit even if the weapon attack doesn't. I do agree that these aren't particularly good weapons for a lot of them though not all. But the worse than your hands description is just not true
Well, I’m assuming people are playing standard settings. But you can shove multiple with empty hands. And the guitar will break after one to two hits. No point in carrying it.
@@TheRealCaptainGold So, survivor isn't considered default? By default you mean apocalypse exclusively? You cant shove multiple zombies with multihit if you don't have a weapon in your hand regardless
@@lockkeylive3809
Most consider apocalypse as standard.
Well, if I’m remembering incorrectly, that doesn’t change much. Most of those weapons in worthless have terrible durability (many breaking in one to two hits). If you’re including the multi-shove mechanic into that consideration, you’re not really using the weapon but rather it’s ability to improve your physical shove. You’d still end up having to rely on stomps for kills.
@@TheRealCaptainGoldFair enough. I just didnt agree with "with these weapons you are better off using your hands" since the very act of equipping a weapon makes your hands better
@@TheRealCaptainGold The guitar doesnt have terrible durability at all btw. Maybe you already knew that and where just basing it off swing speed or whatever but it has an average of 70 uses with 0 maintenance, and 90 with level 1 maintenance which is quite common to have. The metal pipe is very close to the electric guitar in my oppinion because it has a bit more damage for about more uses. Its very surprising how far apart they are on this list, but i know its just subjective etc etc...
