This song, "Duelling Banjos" was from a movie called "Deliverance" where two characters face off in a similar sort of battle between guitar and banjo, ultimately adding to each other's playing

God music is just amazing. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I am in a pretty bad flare up right now and so the pain is intense. This video works better than ANY painkiller I've ever taken. Music is absolutely healing and euphoric!
