interesting on the plastics issue... I apply these types of waxes with my cordless da... super fast
Thanks for this review. I like Phoenix EOD Titan as a sealant which provides great slickness and gloss.
I found out that the Gyeon applicator applies the wax very thick and takes a lot more product instead try applying it with a Sonax red sponge applicator. it applies very thinly and wont stain your plastics
I might have to try that, I have yet to find a decent applicator, thanks for sharing!
Im glad i watched this and learnt about issue with the residue on the plastics ive just oredered some and would of otherwise used it on my car plastics had i not seen this. Thanks for a great review

Thanks for the interesting video and comments on the Geon wax. What is your go to wax or spray for gloss, slickness and can be used over a ceramic coating?
Can you use the extreme solutions topper on top of it?
I'm about to use this Wax over my Q2 Pure ceramic coat after a month cause as mentioned in most vids, it gives an insane gloss... I guess it comes down to what you want. I want gloss and insane beads! haha

Definitely good hydrophobics but pretty disappointing on application. I’ve avoided buying it so far due to the price but have always been looking at it.
I’ve had other paste waxes that people say are fine on trim and I got the same mess you did. I’ve pretty much decided that going forward no wax products on trim. Only spray sealants.

In a your recent video testing Clean maker, you mentioned that don't like to use toppers and don't see the purposeof using one.. Yet you use Xtreem solutiins topper?😂
You never put wax on trim!! Why would you do that?
I don’t care what the performance of the wax is. It’s a pain in the neck in comparison to all of the spray sealants on the market. I used Gyeon wax one time and it’s been sitting in my cabinet for close to a year.

Great video but try applying less and your removal will be much better. Looking at th3 video my input is you applied way too much.
Can you use the extreme solutions topper on top of it?
There is no point in doing this. The Gyeon wax is designed to be used as a “topper” or Stand alone paint protection and lasts roughly about a month or two depending on the environment situation.
Gyeon wax has great hydrophobic effects and in my opinion better gloss than the extreme solutions topper.
Stacking the 2 is personally a waste of time and money. Stick to one or the other.
