Spalletti is quite appreciated in Italy, he is a good tactician and know how to handle big egos. He deserves a job! However, he probably is not the right man if you want to win a lot...I would compare him to Emery on various aspects

@@zuppo9970 Gattuso deve ancora dimostrare molto visto che ha fatto qualcosa di buono ma ha avuto anche i suoi problemi in Grecia e al Palermo a inizio carriera, però Spalletti ha esperienza internazionale e una carriera importante che gli andrebbe riconosciuta, in Italia e all'estero (anche se non so quanto potrebbe fare bene in altri campionati)
@@francescoandreussi Spalletti a mio parere è un grande allenatore, é stato rimpiazzato solo perché l'altro allenatore che è appena arrivato è Conte, in Inghilterra quest'ultimo nonostante abbia dimostrato la sua qualità è stato mandato via alle prima difficoltà. Gattuso invece ha fatto una buona cavalcata l'anno scorso col Milan, nulla di eccezionale ma nelle norme della decenza, ma proprio considerando quanto poco abbia fatto non capisco perché metterlo come "non buono" un meh sarebbe stato più corretto

This tier doesn’t really make sense. You could be considered both a legend and should retire, like Wenger. The tier should be of the quality of club the manager should manage. Like Champions League club, Europa league club, mid table club, 2. Division club or something similar. Anyone who agree?

As an Italian I can confirm, we really do rate Spalletti pretty highly, he always performed above expectations here in Italy. Surely deserves a job

Spalletti has done very well in his last jobs, with Roma, he took an ok side to title contenders on both his stints as a manager, leading Roma to their record points in a Serie A season (87 or 89 i believe). With Inter, he took a side which had not been in the Champions league for 6-7 years and qualified them for 2 years in a row (out of 2). He simply could not have done better. He is smart and a good motivator, only poor side is he is over reliant on top quality players to make his attacks fluorish. (He could work well with tottenham per example). He definitely deserves a job at a side that suits him.

4:10 are they really comparing moyes and poch? Moyes did a half decent job at Preston, did quite well at Everton, and then was catastrophic at Man U, lasted three months at sociedad, got Sunderland relegated, which started their down spiral, and sacked at West Ham. Poch did well at Espanyol, did great with Southampton, and transformed a staggering spurs team, fresh from being ruined by Tim sherwood. He unlocked Kane's potential, made some great signings, and came runner up in the Champions and premier league. Don’t ever compare these two

U didn't treat Gattuso right... look at the players he had at Milan last season, and still finished as 5th in the league.
the problem is in this ranking - and for all things human do normally - is to rank people about their trophies but what would the people thought if Messi had decided for Spain or Alaba would play for Germany ... the same its for managers. You need 2 rankings. One for a high class team manager and one for a low class team... I think Guardiola or Zidane would not have the success with Watford, Freiburg, Lecce or any Team like that in comparison to their current team-manager.
