Mans speak real talk - I totally agree tbh 9 times out of 10 a women that doesn’t train, their diet is totally different anyways ..if you a a real gym goer it’s best to make all your food your self..and just lavish out with the Mrs she in good moods lol ..but as one gets older it takes real will power to stick to a diet and and a food plan ..
