Jonathan Ryes Meyers, I believe is his name, in my opinion, his depiction of Vampirism was the finest to date, his Vampire series came out some years ago and to date for me as a Vampire Movie Lover, it’s the Best! I’m not sure why it was only picked up for one season, that was really a waste of a great Dracula drama…I hope this one is at least half as good!

Bram Stokers Dracula is a magnificent film and the best version of the Dracula story I have ever seen (and I have seen very, very many). Gary Oldman’s multi faceted performance is superb. Actually, I think that Reeves’ rather wooden take on Jonathan Harker was rather a let down. I can’t see this new offering equalling it, let alone surpassing it!

If people would just read the description... the guy who made it says clearly that it's just conceptual and features clips of other movies put together to showcase his editing skills etc. I've got to admit, he's done a decent job of making a pretty watchable trailer, even if it is for a movie that doesn't exist.

Yes Noelle..I grew up on Hammer Horror productions that had Sir.Christopher Lee leaving me with nightmares.. and though he is still scary, I think of Gary Oldman everytime I think Dracula. To date he remains the only Dracula for me, with amazing performances by Sir Anthony Hopkins and Winona Ryder. I didn't feel Keanu was off in the movie as described by most haters of his role as Jonathan Harker. The costumes, the sets, the dialogues and most of all.. the music by Wojcieh Kilar, FFCoppolas interpretation of Dracula as a tragic lover... that movie is forever my favourite.. and a close second is a Dracula movie with Frank Langella.

From his childhood, his ascension to be leader of his country, the tormented decision to become who he is. His loss of everything and everyone he loves, his wanting to restore that which can never be. So he finds substitutes once corrupted that never fill that infinite black hole.
