I am astonished. I have watched your videos for years and thought you lived in Italy.

My same complaint about Civ games. Although conflict was part of the fabric of so many developing civs, if I want a wargame, I'll get a wargame.

About other civ games: “It’s almost takes as long as devolving the actual civilization.” Ahahahaha!

I like that the designer visited you to show the game, and this isn't a paid preview. It adds legitimacy to your already valuable opinions. I always look to your channel for insight into games I'm interested in!

The player boards are huge. I hope they reduce the size. Lots of waste space too.
Maybe if it had 4 dials, in the four corners and let only the number to show.

great, Marco, another sale. :-) this looks like something with just the right amount of "non-confrontational" so that I can play it at home with SO and daughter. cheers!

CoC is one of my top ten, but can suffer from random barbarians that hinder one player. It's most pronounced in 2p games. Other than that, it remains in my top ten. I'm going to bite for Mosaic.

I would, at least for one game, purposely attack you and annoy you Macrogamer. I'd be Rome in the side of Cathage in your game. If I win, I would gloat mightly, like Romans did, enslave your people, raze your cities, subjugate your lands, and declare Pax Romana. To be serious, would you rather play this or the classic Sid Meier's Civilization?
I like that, and the idea I came up with that 4x means explore, exploit, expand, etc. so you get points by achieving these ends, so new tech of a certain amount = VP, expansion of so many cities, planets, tiles, lands, hexes (depending on the game) = VP, winning battles of certain sizes = VP, so you are winning by doing the 4x fundamentals.
Yet, this is a Civ type game and not a true 4X, unless you correct me and say it is like a 4x, maybe a 3x? but the core allows you to win by numerous paths and doesn't penalize you from a military focus, military tech, etc.
