I was in that crowd, got next to the barrier up front with my buddy. There was literally no place to move, it's was so tight and hot. Once in a while the security guy up front would spray people with a water hose.

Your music inspires me to keep practicing. The barre chords in the song glycerine are killing my fingers but the song is so beautiful I won’t quit until I can play it. So much feeling and emotions in the song brought tears to my eyes. Lyrics are timeless. What a masterpiece. I hope you tour to SLC Utah as a venue. If not I’ll come looking for you. Funny I stumbled across this video and started listening to them. One distinct memory was listening to this song smoking a joint near my house and getting a text of my then girlfriend saying it’s over. Haha.
I remember buying the 16 stone album & playing it on repeat when it first came out, I was 17 just bought my first truck a 1981 Ford f150 4x4. I thought I was cool shit driving around blasting 'machine head' then coming home & learning all the parts on guitar or at least trying to at that point!!
He was a handsome laddie with a great voice and sense of rhythm n style... underrated band. Pity bout later shenanigans he got up to but the boy could sing n rocked the no shirt look epicly.

Why are there no concerts like this anymore😭 the energy, the crowd, the circle pits, looks like fucking bliss. I’m 15, and there’s not good modern day grunge, punk, or kinda rock in general bands anymore, they’re all from the 90s. Don’t get me wrong, they’re still great, Goldfinger is the best concert I’ve been to yet. Just sad that the only new and current stuff is lizzo
