The yew spots closer to banks in F2p are very often crowded. If you just want xp I can see how it would be annoying but the average f2p wants to afk cut the yews then when the inv is full bank quickly and get back to it. So this mech change will help that a lot.

Im assuming you mean birdhouses/seaweed runs/herb runs, as a GIM i literally just had an alt sitting at those places afk so i could log in and do a run. if you aren't playing consistently anyway then you could do that for a year+ before even touching the account. Easily enough time for 99 hunter from birdhouses, enough seaweed for 99 crafting, and plenty of herbs depending on how far in you get before afking. (Could also do 99 thieving at master farmers and set yourself for a few months instead of needing 85+herb for contracts and slayer/pvm)

Take pride in your ability to overcome a difficult grind and the fact that nobody can match you without also making an equal effort. I don't think it'd be much different from irl physical activities like rock climbing or weight lifting in terms of fulfillment.
How tf do you even find time to play piano when you play this much runescape? I've had to really cut down my OSRS playing to focus on music and even then I still feel like playing ANY scape at all is a waste of my time.

The biggest deterrent for me to members ironman is the hourlies and dailies. I hate having to constantly switch skills.
