- Here's a general overview guide for maxing a free to play ultimate ironman account, including efficient and additional skilling options. This should be a good starting point for maxing your own uim account.

Me, never planning on making a F2P UIM: “yeah I’ve got 2 hours”.
I was fuming about grinding 95 rc on my p2p iron but now I'm counting my blessings. 4.7k xp/hour is an inhuman grind
In short:
(1) Do you want to torture yourself for 6,000 perfect hours.
(2) AFK/chill for almost twice as much time played.
(3) Cry.

in the beginning you say you can only get nats through combat, then proceed to show telegrabbing them lol
What I meant was that you can’t get nats from shops like in p2p. Telegrabbing is a great way to get nature runes but it requires law runes to cast, another rune which can only be gotten through combats. There are other methods like beginner clues or camdozaal vaults, but those are very slow.

Really enjoyed this breakdown even though I never plan on maxing a f2p iron. I personally liked going for the obor club and then byro staff as good earlier goals as these realisitically take a good chunk of xp.
A nice way of breaking up your skill goals is to do something like "i'll move on after 7 levels gained", as this will double your xp and keeps things feels achievable but progressively harder
That's how I've been grinding through prayer and rc, just doing a couple levels at a time then skill hopping. Seems to work for the most part!

Thanks for this intro into F2P skilling. How do you maintain the integrity of the gamemode? (how can you verify someone hasnt used membership to train skills faster)
There are some ways like checking music tracks and achievement diaries. Luckily no one really does this
you can track their xp gains and ehp rates
it's really hard/unlikely for someone to cheat achieving high stats long term on a f2p account while still being known in the community because it only takes being caught on a members world or having unobtainable xp rates once to be on the banned f2p list forever

One small correction: since the forestry update it is much better to cut trees with at least 10 other players. With every additional player, your wc level gets an invisible +1 boost (max +10). So definitely don't cut yews alone. The most popular yew area is either w301 edgeville or varrock palace. Varrock palace is better bc room for firemaking and 3 trees, so if one gets occupied by forestry event you can bounce between the other two.

By the way does this also count for hardcore ironmen? Like technically it's not far off from the same training and what not since it's free to play right?
Yes, all of these methods are also the efficient metas for Ironman and hardcore Ironman. Having access to a bank removes a lot of annoyance regarding skill hopping or wilderness risk. It’s why all F2P Ironman share ehp rates.

If you mean completing the ctc3 step of digging in one spot with all the items, you unfortunately have to have everything in your inventory at once. If you have some items you can't drop, I recommend death piling to complete that step. That or you can juggle the last item or two
Nice video but your Ogress slaying spot blows, why are you running so far away? From entering the cave, I run around the circular spear thing in the middle. Then I wait for aggro timer in the normie safespot. After that you have 5 ogress to kill, most being shamans. I have seen a singular person using it after a month and it's way better than this "get smacked in the face and run around a corner to get them to stay still"-spot.
Didn't know about all the crack the clue iron mining stuff though, that is neat. I've been using the ruby drops from ogresses and random events to make the rings, lol.

That's another option, but only works against a single pker. Generally you're pretty safe once you hit singles but if you wanna sacrifice a food slot then go for it.
I don't think praying mage helps with being snared less. Praying mage will just reduce the amount of damage taken from mage attacks.

@@EriconatorV2 It used to, but after a PvP Balancing update in 2019 it no longer halves the snare/entangle time.
Why do you only start Corsair curse and not complete it?
You can complete the quest if you want, but it's not necessary. The Corsair cove area gives access to Ogress Warriors, which you just need to start the quest to access.

why would anyone want to play this its the most boring thing can imagine ,not only that you cant flex either because the game does not track if they account was ever members
None of us really do it for the flex, it's more for the relaxed and nostalgic nature of F2P. Those of us who wanna flex use EHP tracking sites like Temple OSRS which does track our F2P status.
