I just started 1week ago today.. I have to remind myself to be patient and trust the process
yes!! and enjoy every stage. once you get months in youâll realize you didnât appreciate the earlier stages and wish you wouldâve. also take lots of pictures! even if you donât feel your best youâre gonna wish you had a lot of progress pics once your locs start to really form

Because I started 2 Strain twist with just in the top of my head with my sides faded my hair is grey and kind of soft and I don't feel it's locking any yet not even buddy

thank you!! i watched a lot of different tutorials and just started with parts that felt comfortable to me. just remember that everyoneâs locs are different so love your locs no matter how they come out

thank you! if it helps you can always comb out your locs if you change your mind afterwards, but definitely consider it. itâs better to try them out then to wish you did

you can do it with locs just use curling rods it rollers , me I just plat my hair and they come out very curly

How long did it take for your hair to loc?
i would say around 7/8 months i really started to see the twist disappear and look more like locs and be locâed

yes lol. i start with two strand twist than just wash and retwist it once a month. washing it, spraying it with water and moisturizing it will loc it up over time
