Oh my god... three years ago I was sitting down to read the first book. I'd never seen any of the movies nor had I even really heard of the series before my father convinced my mother to buy the book. The next day, my friends were all talking about the release of Catching Fire. This was the start of something great entering my life.

Same. I saw the first movie on tv one night and my brother mentioned the books while we were watching it., I got the box set that night and read all three volumes in eight days. It was and is the deepest book I've ever read, period.

I wasn't yet part of the fandom when this trailer was released, but this soundtrack gives me so many feels. i just remember when I first saw Catching Fire in the theater, it was so amazing.
I cried in the theater. Actually, I cry everytime I watch Catching Fire...The part where it always gets me is Cinna's death :C
Catching Fire is my favourite book/movie. But MJ2 is probably the one that makes me cry the most, with Prim and Finnick and it being the end and all...

Actually, that is not true, Many people win the Hunger games, the careers that are made, the enjoyment the Capitol (and some District) Citizens have over the course of the games and the victory tour, some of the people that chugged their name in there far too many times and were not picked, The jobs the Hunger games create, every time new features, a new arena, new Mutts etc. must be developed and built, All things considered, if only the 23 Tributes die perHunger games its actually a comparatively humane Project. from the beginning to 1:20 reminds me of the ending of Mockingjay, when Katniss returns to District 12, when she finds Buttercup, and the brief part when she and Peeta are growing back together. Also, of course the Real or Not Real scene.

I wish this could be gymnastics floor music. I’m kind of obsessed with all of this hunger games stuff. I’ve read all the books so fast. I love the history, the characters, well everything. ꨄ
So many feelings in one soundtrack.
The art for this really hit me. It shows the intense pressure Peeta and Katniss were under from the Capitol, the false relationship they were forced into. The Capitol made it look so crisp and clean and perfect, when in reality they were completely trapped, held fast by the Games.
I love this, but I wish that could make the previous victor's games as movies, like Johana or Finnick or random ones, but I wish I could see these two victors games more :|
