Prime Regine was unbeatable. Her belt voice seemed to be limitless, like she could still stretch it to infinity and beyond 😁 She's truly amazing.
Regine wasn't even trying. Just look at her face while hitting those high notes. She was like "I can go higher if I want to, people." Her prime days are untouchable ❤

Aerosmith’s massive hit was written solely by prolific songwriter, Diane Warren. We should be grateful to the hard rock group Aerosmith for this composition. The theme song for the 1998 film Armageddon. Yes, Regina Velasquez has amazing breath control. When performing this composition, they should have projected scenes from the film on the stage. Only then would the public have understood what the tragedy in this composition was all about. With the complete lack of scenes from the film, it's unclear why she's so wound up.
This was prime Regine. Her belting then was second to none.

Regine sang this in 2005 on SOP (which is a noon time musical variety show every Sunday). She was only 35 years old at that time.
Regine with a 4octave vocal range, a light lyric soprano during her prime her belting technique was exemplary. As a high soprano, her voice which is light, feminine in quality, piercing vibrato and her vocal agility with her bright, metallic quality on her highnotes that easily cuts through the largest orchestra. Now in her 50s, her voice has deepen, it became rounder, and fuller on her low notes , she does have some vocal strain on her high notes due to her acid reflux and after giving birth. But nevertheless she is still singing and more passionate in her craft.

In her prime no one can sing like her esp that way of belting like its nothing....i never saw any singer who can sing like her i mean with super ease esp if shes not tired...most of her performance she was exhausted and tired but she can also deliver effortlessly but not like these one.....her standard belting ( belting like nothing, straight body and no signs of struggling in her way of belting ) when i say her standard bcoz theres few who mimicking it but by far no one reach that..) really her belting prowess the way she delivered it is second to none ....
