Hi, Yes. Follow the videos instructions to remove layouts. Then also select the layers button and click on the circle back button there too. Then you will have the options reset your layers and sends. Do that. Then go to the app tab and run the setup wizard If that doesn’t work for you. You could always delete then reinstall the app. If you do that you may have to reimport your licenses.
Hi Ivan, yes it will be deleted using this method. If you want to keep your layouts, you should back them up before doing any kind of reset. If you only want to remove specific layouts, then choose the delete button next to the layout you want to remove. All others would be saved using this method. Hope that helps.
