well i have an old av camera of 12v input think it like a small car parking camera and my idea is to make a cctv out of it . I have an old pc and av capture card too.. is it possible make ?

Yeah I believe so. Try running the av cable to the pc and check if it gives you any image. You also have to check if your camcorder won't shut off after a few minutes. Try plugging it to power.
