And Ellie just going with whatever confirmed something for me. She made so much money when they were still at PlayTech that she doesn't actually need or care about the job (or rather, she somehow cares even LESS than she did before) so she just shows up so she has something to do throughout the day and just vibes.

Yep, just what I was thinking! Should always ask to see the product first before buying it, and if they don't let you do that go to a less scammy store.

In ~30 years of Tech and Customer Service, I have run into this way too many times. You try to help the customer out by finding what they really want, and they just want to report you until you give them what they specifically ask for. You finally do, and they go crazy because it is not what they wanted and demand a refund. You point out that the item specifically stated what it was and that it was non-refundable, and that you tried to inform them. They respond by cut you off again. They then walk off promising to bring the wraith of boycotting on you, which never materializes.

@@Misakyz this does depend on the item though, pretty much in all countries i know of. There is certain items that you can not give back because they can not be re sold
