If I could make a suggestion…the organization NAMI is extremely helpful to people coming out (outpatient) of mental health facilities (inpatient) they have support groups and programs, they travel and speak to schools, nursing homes, they host events for holidays, you name it. It’s a great organization , the people who I’ve met that are associated with them are great. Just a suggestion 💚💜💙

Can I just say I know this from experience cause my chicken always comes out raw and my mom told me to put the stove thingy lower. It’s the opposite of what she said. It does NOT have to be cooked higher. Haha I think it needs to be cooked on lower heat so the inside has time to cook. 😬👩🏽🍳👍🏽💕
