Gone are the days of mandatory shirts, ties and pencil skirts - as it seems like lockdowns have only encouraged us further to put comfort before conformity. But is there still a place in the workplace for suits? And should they be worn more regularly when making an effort? Steven says someone turning up in a suit to an interview would ring alarm bells for him, whereas Ruth would appreciate the effort someone makes by turning up suited and booted.

The more u have to offer, because u have a great personality, the less u have to care about your outfit - just look f.ex. at Steve Jobs, Ed Sheeran or the wife of Jordan Peterson. I am oldschool, but I find the set up today all to artificial. Tammy is so modest, but especially for exactly that reason, so authentic. Steven Bartlett shows btw., that he cares, but in a lowkey manner, so he and the other person can be so relaxed together🤩
