      @@tizi087 @The Japan Reporter Agree with you Tizi: Nobita is wonderful for what he shares; his videos and research skills are interesting and worthy of respect.
      As for the main woman in this, at least she was honest with herself and aware of what she was thinking and doing. Additionally, while this is awful, and I guess she was not completely correct in what ALL the men she was dating wanted, she thinks it is honestly a fare exchange as she is doing what the men in her experience want. Sorry to say, much of that seems to be going on with people.
      I’m impressed that Nobita managed to be calm in this interview, and managed to express his concerns without anger or pressing too much judgement about the men feeling potentially hurt and the woman potentially getting pregnant or sick. One needs to be that way to develop rapport and get as truthful information as possible.

    As a psychologist: The woman who wouldn't show her face shows all the signs of being psychopathetic... the what people nowadays call "gaslighting" is the main indicator here. "I do X because something happened to Y" as if it was some sort of justification for horrible behavior and using "revenge" as a motive to justify it. The way she describes how easy it was for her to take advantage of those men is another good indicator... being able to be this cold and analytical in your approach while emitting a sense of affection that tricks others is very strong in psychopaths: being able to pretend to care when in reality there are alterior motives.
    Thirdly, she is not showing any signs of regret or sense of having done something wrong...
    And of course she had "daddy issues" growing up which made her bitter and feel like every man out there is a sexual predator trying to take advantage of women.
    This girl is a prime example of a toxic psychopath.
    Anyway, listening to her gave me shivers, if I was to counsel her, I would not be feeling comfortable around her.
    Sorry for my poor English.

      A good analysis of you. Sadly this psychopathic behaviour can be seen often in the west too. I call them feminazis, but you can find such people in other topics as well. The feminazis specifically hide in the feminist movement, because this movement would never admit to their own sexist tendencies or that they need to call sexists amongst them out. Hence giving such bad actors the perfect breeding ground to spread their idiology of hatred. It was my reason for not associating with feminism anymore. They gaslight and justify their hatred actions with what they experienced somewhere else. Not recognizing (unknowingly or even knowingly) that they are punching in the wrong direction, even hurting other women in the process. The anonymous women even blamed women.. just sad to see that.

      @working_example Před 6 měsíci +23

      I don't really know what psychopath is but what you describe sounds accurate. She does not scare me at all because her behavior and motive is pretty easy to detect. The people who scare me to most is the ones very good are pretending on the right side of moral issues. Sometimes I even think they believe it. I came to know a few narcissists and one of them is really good at manipulating people. Narcissists coevolve with the rest of us and they see us as resources. They can spot your weakness by instinct.

      Well most Japanese will not freely share their thoughts with just anyone they don't know or trust, the thing is that Japanese have this cultural trait that is distinctly Japanese and from what I read is important it's called Honne and tatemae, private face and public face. This woman is sharing her thoughts in anonymity to protect those around her and herself. She will only share her personal thoughts and her true self to those close to her. She may have sociopathic tendencies but I don't know why you would say psychopathic its not what I see at all and I have been in program to be therapist, so I just disagree on that part. Anyway, when she says she has friends she has some caring inside of her. Psychopaths don't care for anyone but themselves and they really don't have friends either.

      It's not that big of a deal. She's right. These guys are delusional thinking that free sex falls from the sky. I have a hard time believing you have all this empathy for sex tourists. Come on.
      Idk, guys want to be fooled about sex. They have to learn the hard way.

    • @TiGGowich
      @TiGGowich Před 6 měsíci +13

      @@working_example I believe the reason why she does not scare you is because you KNOW her motives and intent because she expressed them so freely and clearly. So yes, in this instance I agree it is easy to detect, but this is mainly because we already know what's "wrong" with her as she tells us freely all we need to know (which people generally wouldn't do if it wasn't an interview where they remain anonymous).
      Now the more interesting case of course is the narcissists that you describe. It is sometimes difficult to distinguish between a narcissist and a sociopath from the outside - often people display elements of both to their surroundings. The interesting thing about those people is, whether they are truly narcissists or sociopaths, as these are true personality disorders, or whether that's just them. It is not always clear and often really difficult to diagnose.
      Many people who take advantage of others and see their peers as "resources" as you put it, are simply what one could call "an evil person." Whether they are actually mentally "ill" is a different story entirely. Narcissists in particular often suffer from an excessive degree of self-absorption, they often appear overly confident, relying on external forms of validation, while deep down they are deeply insecure, feel a sense of shame and sadness. These are the main drivers of their behavior. It is often not with ill intent and many of them do not necessarily impact others negatively (provided you do not challenge them and stay out of their way).
      In case of sociopaths, this of course is very different. They usually lack empathy, morals, care for concern for the feelings and needs of other people. Their motivation for taking advantage of others is - one could argue - "worse" than narcissists'. Their weak conscience makes it easier for them to justify antisocial behavior and dodge the negative impacts of their actions like guilt and remorse that "normal" people would experience afterward.
      Obviously I don't know the person you mentioned, but they do sound more like a narcissist indeed.

    Well, in the USA, she’s just an average person 😂. A person I knew told me her friend was popular with foreigners in Japan and she went to study abroad in America, Florida for a year.She assumed she’ll get the same attention as she did in Japan since she was Japanese and can speak English. And she was a 6/10.
    3 months after being in the states all that attention went away and she couldn’t find nobody. She ended up going back home to japan. You would think this experience humbled her but she went back to her ways in Japan.😅

      You overestimate how attractive the average person is in the USA. Approximately ~40% of the USA population is obese. The fact that she is not obese and actually has a skinny figure will already put her in a position that makes her more attractive than the average person. The only way she would be considered "average" is if she moves to an high-reputation big city where attractive women often flock to - such as Miami, Las Vegas, San Fransisco, Los Angeles, etc.

    • @taiyoctopus2958
      @taiyoctopus2958 Před 8 dny

      Japanese American Women are much more attractive to American Men... because they speak decent English it's much easier to achieve communication which is mutually exclusive with a healthy relationship.
      I feel like the Gaijin going to Japan to party and find girls, are more the type looking for some quick sex, because they know communication will be rough at best... But in the US you're more likely to run into a man who would have communication as more of a requirement for a relationship, and doesn't really value quick sex that highly. It's not that hard to buy sex in the USA, if a camera is recording then it's legal to pay her for sex... But you can't buy a feeling of not being alone, not a lasting one at least.
      I don't think she will have a hard time finding guys, I just think if she picks a rich guy out of a crowd, there's going to be much less of a chance that particular guy is interested in her. And so she may have to lower her standards substantially than she did when she was in Japan.

When Japanese men cheat they will rarely abandon their wives, girlfriends, or children. It's always up to the woman if she wants to keep him or not.
      This is nothing compared to Westerners, where the women cheat without major social consequences. Western men will also use women and abandon them, creating armies of single mothers and causing massive bitterness from Western women.
      Just look at the 2 major factors that are ruining the West: Feminism and single-motherhood rate. For Example, the single motherhood rate in America is a whopping 25%, in Japan it's barely 5%. This has caused fem!nism to go rampant throughout the West, but fem!nism has no significant movement in Japan (Or Asia for that matter).

      She tried to adapt to survive, by thinking "men are psychos, there's no healthy relationship out there, is there?", and then she left her house to live alone but still had doubts about people. Then she tried having a relationship, and baam, she got fooled. Next relationship, she got fooled again. Next one, same but worse. How the hell is she going to have any hopes of finding a healthy relationship now? By not having anyone to set her a good example, I'm not surprised she thinks like that.

She is so sick that she has given up plans for any kind of normal life and is married to her anger. At what point does this stop? In fact, when she realizes that she is never satisfied maybe she will take it up to greater extremes of depravity. And continually being exposed to something, while also effectively being rewarded for it (cash, income etc.,) reinforces a justification for self-interested motivation. To reduce this to her behavior is a complete neglect of basic human action and motivation, if she's a psychopath, everyone's a psychopath to put it differently.
      And yes, it's quite unhealthy. But to say it's sick, that she's responsible, completely ignores how people actually works and decontextualize cause-and-effect from human behavior. She was abused as little, as she said; her friends has been abused my men of a certain stripe. All of these things taken in combination will eventually result in this type of behavior. She's also young, for that matter, so to assume she'll just go out and should do things, just ignore that these problems are not caused in isolation; Japan is incredibly bad with mental health issues; it's not a place to have these type of problems. The big flaw in her story is that guys just interested in sex would not spend $$$$$ on her - they clearly are serious about her to some extent.Foreign guys are less likely to be sugar daddies than Asian guys. It's her sick viewpoint that because they wanted sex, that is all they wanted. The third flaw in this, is that Japanese men abused her (if we can take her story as completely valid) - not foreign men. I suspect that this sick puppy chooses foreigners because they are easier victims, or she is attracted to them but her only path for a relationship is to hurt someone. And lastly, why don't you apply your tolerance to her father and first boyfriend? While this is an unorthodox, far from common way of thinking, it's good to know that there are different types of personalities out there. Human nature is diverse and unpredictable.

      Well said, values and morals truly are subjective although I do believe there are times when imminent harm is at play and those should be universally considered immoral things. It's really a matter of how severe the harm is and whether it is imminent. So like violence outside of self defense is a good example of something I would argue is objectively and universally immoral. Theft is another good example. Unethical business practices that would leave someone destitute and suffering is another example.

    In some ways, I feel bad for that faceless woman you interviewed. What her father and boyfriend did to her and her mother is wrong. They were bad people. That doesn't change the fact that she's now the villain in the lives of dozens of men. What she is doing is pure evil. She's allowed herself to be consumed by the darkness that affected her.
    If a White person is mugged by a Black person once, it would be understandable for them to be upset, but still be completely wrong if this incident caused them to become racist towards all Black people. So because *2* men mistreated you in your life, you decide to mistreat *all* men?
    This woman is a pure hypocrite and every complaint she has about foreign men applies to Japanese men as well. It's a flimsy justification for her to use foreign men for money. It's true that plenty of foreign men are sleazy sexpats who will use Japanese women for sex then vanish. You mean to tell me Japanese men don't use Japanese women just for sex too?
    As for foreigners not taking relationships with Japanese people seriously, first off, citation needed. Secondly, plenty of Japanese don't take relationships with foreigners seriously either. Maybe they don't take the relationship seriously because they think their foreign significant other is going to leave Japan anyway, so why bother. Or maybe they're the type of Japanese person to treat their foreign significant other more like an accessory to show off than a significant other. Not taking relationships seriously is not a one-way street.
    And what about the foreigners who take relationships with Japanese people so seriously that they marry, have children, and end up involved in a case of Japanese parental child abduction? An issue the Japanese government still doesn't take seriously enough? But it's all on the foreigners eh?
    Just as foreign men who are sleazy and sleep around with Japanese women then discard them like trash do a disservice to the reputation of foreigners, this woman is doing a disservice to the reputation of Japanese women. She also falsely claims the vast majority of men only care for sex and falsely claims most women are gold diggers who only care for money.
    I'm sorry for what happened to her in the past, but this woman is evil.

      I totally agree with you 110%!
      She's way worse than a prostitute or hooker -- she's a huge con-artist that takes advantage of foreigners because they are easier for her to get.
      I think she mentioned she hates all men, but it's still sad to see her just target a group because her friends had bad experiences with foreigners or something.
      And she mentioned revenge, but it's not like she's targeting the same exact people/individuals that took advantage of her, her family, or her friends. I feel what she's doing is probably illegal, but she doesn't realize it.
      Taking a car as a gift is like car theft. Even if most of the guys just wanted sex with her, there could've been some very genuine ones --like omfg giving a girl a car is like as big as a wedding ring or very serious, at least to me lol
      It makes me really depressed to see humans like her exist.
      Even just online, I feel a lot of young Japanese girls are similar to her and just want to use foreigners to practice English, which is depressing. I'm fluent in Japanese, but I get ignored online often because they just wanna practice English (if I use a language exchange app or something)
      It's gotten really really bad nowadays. About 15-20 years ago, there were a lot more friendly Japanese people that made me feel like it was balanced or something. Now it's very one-sided. Or at least from my experiences.
      Anyhow, I totally agree that she's so evil, it traumatizes me. I've dated some Japanese girls that have randomly blocked me or ghosted me too. At least I never gifted them a car, but it's still a huge shock to get even blocked randomly or something. Makes you lose hope in humanity a bit lol

Then 5 minutes later she was talking with us saying how she was worried he didn't really like her. Hopefully she was just trying to save face... but situations similar to that (not always so fast) are pretty common when you're specifically going to bars/clubs with foreigners. You (anyone who is reading this) needs to understand something, Japanese women (most of them sadly) only care about money and social standing. This is culturally the way they are.
