- It's a week of fashion fabulousness at the Chateau de Lalande! Stephanie models the clothes of the couturier Reinhard Luthier, who co-founded Azzaro, in a catwalk show. Whilst she prances around in dresses worn by Brigitte Bardot and Liza Minelli, Michael skives off painting, Marie models swimwear, and a chicken tries to move into the chateau.

This weekly vlog follows the adventures of chatelaine Stephanie in her French 16th century home, the Chateau de Lalande, in the heart of rural France ❤️
I wish they would go back to this format when Lalande was really full of laughter.

Wowwww, wowwwww, wowwwww, .....I'm not being biased because we all love stephanie but she stole the show! ...elegance personified! I really do feel stephanie was born in the wrong era, it's almost as though she has been shipped through time past and that time was the art deco 1930s flapper girls . ❤❤😊😊

I loved the Bardot and 60's dresses, but I think my favorites are the yellow flower dress you wore to the show and the Louis Vuitton towards the end. You have such great style. Dana looks amazing in everything as well. I hadn't realized that she was a model before watching this episode.

I have been waiting to finally see a "plasta on the finga!" American translation, " A bandaid on my finger." Lol ! Or eating a fabulous meal with all those at La Lande & laughing alot with Song....blessings to you all. Thanks for spreading joy all round the world at this time!

I’ve juts had to go back and like 20 videos because I’ve watched them non-stop and have forgotten all about liking them. ;) They are very easy to watch. Cannot wait to see longer videos. I would like to see more DIY stuff with you and your chateau crew.

A wonderful Vlog. Light hearted and fun, Marie she is something else ! You stole the show on the catwalk but only because Isabella was not walking !! But you looked so glamorous, love the Yellow and orange dress you are wearing at present.
I can’t imagine how much time, effort and work goes into making these Vlogs !! Hours and hours methinks. But well done
The editing of the vlogs does take many hours, in which I lock myself away and become very useless, so I’m lucky I live with such understanding people! The yellow and orange dress is from Zara - when I find a new favourite dress I tend to wear it constantly! That one’s so cheerful 😀

Your niece’s life sounds so glamorous! I think the inhabitants of the château all need a little trip to New York! I’m out of the substitute room now, but it was a lot of fun up there!
I have a 100+yr old set of wicker furniture from my mother that I recovered in a fern green toile fabric...after removing 11 layers of old upholstery and all the tacks! It took a long time but it was fun discovering the past looks.
The fabric was found on a role at a garage sale for $10.00, about 10 yards. We have very similar tastes and creative abilities, its fun to watch you make what you need to restore your home, reminds me of my past jobs in my home. I look forward to seeing more adventures! Take care, Debra

They’re from the French chain Alinea! I like them very much (I love pendants hanging down by the bed instead of bedside lights). And they’re not too expensive! They’ll work well in Michael’s apartment because he’s going for a more contemporary style than the rest of the château. You can find them here:
