JagaSilk 'How We Make' - London Fog

How we prepare our micro milled London Fog at JagaSilk:
Dose:
8oz drink: 8g powder into 30g (1oz) of 90°C~100°C water; steam 180g milk
12oz drink: 12g powder into 45g 90°C~100°C water; steam 240g milk
16oz drink: 16g powder into 60g 90°C~100°C water; steam 360g milk
Prep tools:
1. 5oz s/s creamer (always prepare the shot in a separate vessel to avoid unmixed powder in the bottom of the cup)
2. Spoon for stirring
3. Scale
4. Steam wand and milk pitcher
Alternatively, you can simply stir the powder into hot milk to taste.
