Shorter and lighter trigger pull? I thought it's long and heavy trigger was one of it's, uh...distinguishing features.

I have the A1 full size. Only pistol I’ve ever owned. I love it. I heard the a1 carry trigger is bad.
Are you sure about lighter and shorter trigger pull? I mean why misinform folks and it's a know fact: 360* opposite of exactly what you said. APX A1 actually got a long and harder trigger pull, almost 5+ lbs of force. There is nothing wrong with that tho IMO and that's where most Gun-Tubers get it wrong. Ppl usually think a crisp and short reset on trigger is always a must. No its not! It's about application; ie are you using it for competition shooting? Or self-defense? In competition you need crisp and fast reset, but in defense i rather think twice and be sure to put holes thru my target before having any regrets.

ITS STAYS OPEN WHEN YOU RACK IT. Small hands find something else. Mine came with a red dot which is cool but nah man nah I can’t. I’m not a fan of the new safety trigger thing but it does make sense I guess when milliseconds count. No physical safety just saying for clarity.
For the slide Point is you have to pull the switch latch thing on the left side and NOT use the trigger hole to keep grip to get that slide back forward every single time you rack WITH a magazine. It doesn’t do it when there’s no magazine in so it TRICKED ME and I am pissed about it. So I’m losing $100 on the 25% restocking fee to return it. Thank goodness I didn’t go to the range yet. Been too busy to.
Don’t unless you have big enough hands to deal with that slide staying open.
The slide stays open when you are clearing or cleaning it really. They should have done it the other way. You easily have control and ability to slide the latch thing up to keep it open when you’re cleaning.
Not when you’re self defending.
Glock 17 is where I’m leaning. Simply for capacity.

Is this a joke? Did you do any research? This gun has a low capacity, non co witnessing sights, and a terrible trigger.
I was looking into it they even had one on sale with a red dot but 8 rounds of 9mm and being single stack is fucking disgusting like literally makes me sick to my stomach no reason that gun shouldn’t hold 10 and he a little thicker
